I deas like trans-media sound thrilling enough but are remarkably short on detail. I'm also intrigued by how VII photographers are paid for the work that appears in VII's own magazine - do they get a flat usage fee (presumably not as single image licences are out), are they commissioned to produce work for the magazine, are they staff, do they get a royalty share for magazine sales/advertising revenue?
