Photo agency [1] Noor, to open officially the 7 of September is  taking the VII approach of a few high quality photographers uniting into a simple operation, almost entirely composed of photographers and very few  office staffers.

This is a refreshing news in a industry obssessed with community driven web site and a project to follow closely. features and news is probably one of the hardest market to succeed in, due mostly to falling rates .
